Step outside your creative comfort zone and explore the world of block art with Colombian-born artist OviArt at La Paisa Studio.

This hands-on workshop brings together art, experimentation, and community for an evening dedicated to discovering your own creative expression.

Inspired by OviArt's vibrant artistic style, you'll explore composition, shapes, patterns, and the creative possibilities of working with a block-based art technique.

It's not about being a professional artist or creating something perfect. It's about trying something different, trusting your instincts, and making something that feels uniquely yours.

Whether you're coming solo, with a friend, or looking for a new creative experience, this workshop offers an opportunity to connect, learn, and create alongside others.

All materials are included! You're more than welcome to bring your own fabrics, materials, or supplies if you'd like to personalize your project, but it's completely optional. We've got everything you need to create!

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR — OVIART

Ovi “OviArt” is a Colombian-born artist based in Everett, Washington, whose vibrant work combines the raw energy of street art with a deep love for music and creative experimentation.

Known for bold abstract portraits, expressive colors, and dynamic compositions, Ovi creates work that feels alive with rhythm and emotion. His artistic practice includes painting, drawing, digital art, and experimentation with different mediums.

Capacity: 10 students per session

Skill Level: All experience levels welcome. No previous art experience required.

All class purchases are final sale.

If you can no longer attend, please contact La Paisa more than 48 hours before class to request a one-time class credit. Credits are valid for 30 days and are subject to availability.

Requests made within 48 hours of class and no-shows are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.

Please arrive on time and ready to begin. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted because missing the beginning of instruction can make it difficult to safely complete the project.
