Request Acceptance: Due to limited availability, not all requests will be accepted. Each submission will be reviewed based on design feasibility, timeline, and budget. We appreciate your understanding and will notify you if your request is selected for further discussion.

Deposit Requirement: If your request is accepted, a deposit of [50% of the garment price] will be required to secure your custom piece. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of the project.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your request after the deposit has been paid, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for any work already completed.
