Cancellations & Transfers
All class bookings are final sale.
Because seating is extremely limited and materials are prepared in advance, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed classes.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the class.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the class, you may request a one-time credit toward a future class (valid for 30 days).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of class start are not eligible for credit.
No-shows forfeit their seat and payment.
Late Arrivals
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted, as it disrupts instruction and project flow.
Safety
All participants must follow studio safety instructions when using equipment.
Photo & Video Release
By attending a class or event at our studio, you grant permission for La Paisa to capture photos and video footage during the session for use in marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials.
We strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify us before class begins and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
